RAJWELD – 10018 M
DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS: RAJWELD – 10018 M is a hydrogen controlled low alloy high strength electrode for welding high tensile steel like USST-1, HADGN-A-XTRA65, N-A-XTRA 70, BH 65 & equivalent steel. The electrode provides Ni, Mo & Cr weld deposit which is high in strength showing remarkable toughness and highly resistance to cracking.
Precautions:
- Store in a dry place.
- Redry the electrodes at 250°C for one hour before use and place the baked electrodes in carrying oven at 90oC while in use.
- Maintain appropriate current and short arc.
- Remove oil, grease, dust & rust from parent metal.
- Do not handle the electrodes with moisture greasy hand.
