RAJWELD – 11018 M

RAJWELD – 11018 M

(Low hydrogen electrode for welding high tensile steels)

DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS: RAJWELD – 11018 M is a basic coated, extra low hydrogen low alloys high tensile steel electrode, best suited for welding fully killed fine-grained HT steel. It gives stable arc ease to operate in all position with least spatter loss. Easy slag detachability. Due to extra low hydrogen weld metal display excellent crack resistance. Electrode produces sound weld metal possesses extra strength with good impact properties at sub zero temperature down to minus 50°C.
Highly recommended for High Tensile Steels like HY80, SA 517 grades. Ideally suited for highly restrained joints in high strength steels.
